Called the office on Tuesday morning and requested a Full Gas Installation Safety Check as recommended by our homebuyers surveyor.
This was booked in for Wednesday morning with access via our estate agents. We had no contact or feedback until the invoice arrived at 9:30pm requesting payment on the same day.
We paid the invoice. Thursday morning we received a report for a single appliance test on our boiler which I had already informed an engineer had been recently tested and had emailed the results to.
Have emailed, phoned on 3 different numbers and texted but they have been uncontactable.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you have not had a good experience with our services. Upon booking this work in with our office, we were asked to carry out a gas safety inspection to just the boiler. Once the gas safety check was carried out and an invoice was sent, we then received an email asking that we carry out the inspection on all of the appliances, which was not an issue, but it would incur additional charges due to the additional work. You declined. Regarding contacting us multiple times with no response, this is simply not true as we have spoken with you directly about the above issue.
