  Side extension

  TW Build were wonderful to work with on both my London flat refurbishment and my side extension. They have done these two projects for me and Tom and the team are the best builders I have worked with.   Single-Storey Extension with Roof Lantern and Patio

  Tom, Derri and the team recently completed a single-storey extension to our house, including a roof lantern and patio area, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tom was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and the team were friendly, professional and hardworking. Communication was excellent and everything was completed on time. The extension has transformed the space, and the roof lantern brings in so much natural light. We have a few minor second-fix items still to complete, which are scheduled once the plumber has installed the radiators. We would happily recommend Tom and team.

  Single-storey extension & Patio

  Tom, Derri and the team recently completed a single-storey extension to our house, including a beautiful roof lantern and a patio area off the extension, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He and the team were friendly, professional, hardworking and took real pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was completed on time as promised. The finished extension has completely transformed the space, and the roof lantern brings in so much natural light. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team.

  Floor Laying

  I had a last min issue where my current contractor was over charging to lay my floor. TW, worked of the bank holiday, provided great service and charged a reasonable price to lay our floor with limited notice. We highly recommend them!

  Cooker hood venting

  Tom was polite, personable and above all very efficient. He found a practical solution to something I was worried might be costly and was fast and no-nonense getting the work done.
