  External house render repair and paint - excellent job!

  Patryk and his team carried out external house render repair and painting. Work completed timely & professional fashion. Dust sheets used and all windows & doors masked up. Everyone worked very hard & left everything tidy. Price quoted was the price paid. Overall, an excellent job!

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Tyler’s Lux Constructions. They carried out the exterior painting of my house and the end result was incredible — the transformation was amazing.   Exterior wall painting

  Initially I was very happy with the work Patrick & Bo carried out. The white on the exterior walls, well-painted. They also offered to refit a corrugated plastic lean-to. It allowed rain in due to poor flashing, but was rectified by them for no additional cost. Unfortunately the bitumen paint they advised go on the lower bricks started to come off after a couple of weeks. When I queried, he said it was my walls & not their work, that their prep & coats was as it should have been. The company state that this shouldn’t happen if prepped properly. He is refusing to send paint for me to repaint

  We are disappointed to read this, especially as you initially confirmed that you were very happy with the work completed, including the exterior wall painting. We also carried out additional work to rectify the lean-to flashing issue at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the coating on the lower brickwork, this was applied based on the condition of the existing substrate at the time. External surfaces, particularly previously treated or weather-affected masonry, can sometimes react unpredictably due to moisture, contamination, or previous coatings beyond the installer’s control

  Three Polish chaps who were on time and certainly Slacking slacking

  Patrick and his team have done a very good job staining our timber clad Swedish built house. Repairs were done where required. Unlike other quotes I received the three team worked quickly and efficiently to apply 2 coats of stain. At all times ensuring the stain did not drip unnecessarily onto the paving below. An excellent job and less money thanTothers quoted .
