Flashing on flat roof

Balcony leak
Balcony roofs were leaking under decking, the decking was removed by others. The substrate was then removed and replaced and coated using liquid a rubber coating with all new associated lead work.Job location: SW410 Felt Roofing Installation

Extension roof leak

Roof ridge patch up, lead work.

Complete reroofing of our house
Right from the initial estimate Ty Slater was excellent in all respects. He always responded to our texts as soon as he could and fully answered our queries. He agreed and kept to the start date and the scaffolding was completed in a day and a half. The reroofing sarted a very few days later. Four men turned up at 8:30am the first day and started stripping the old slates, two men the next day until th final day about a week later.
