The engineer from the company was on time, friendly, professional and even gave me advice that I would not have received ffrom any other source, saving me money in the process. I'm really happy to leave this glowing review because I wasn't sure of just where to leave it.

Do NOT use this company. They are incompetent and dishonest. Instead of repairing one plate on my SMEG induction hob the operative chipped the edge badly and made a substantial crack across the corner. He assured me the company would make it good, but I have heard nothing from them whatsoever. It will cost me £800 to replace the hob.
