UKU did a first class job, at a fair price, on our staircase which was creaking badly and replaced our closed panel with spindles. We were so impressed that we asked if they could also lay Parquet flooring in three rooms, sand the hallway and oil the existing wooden floor. The result was first class. A thorough professional outfit. Gaz, the affable boss, worked tirelessly through the heatwave. I would recommend UKU very highly to anyone looking for a builder. I would not hesitate to use the company again!! That, indeed,says it all

Gaz from UKU redid my stairway- handrail, spindles and posts. He was very responsive, explained everything very clearly to me, made helpful suggestions, was extremely patient as I kept texting him with queries and changing my mind! He sent me links to order the materials. His attention to detail is brilliant. He came out on a Saturday in 33 degrees and got the whole thing done. He is very professional, very hardworking and did a fantastic job and all for a very reasonable price. I 100 % recommend him to anyone and will Definetely use him again.
