Great job.

Full bathroom refit
Very happy with the service I received throughout the process, in-home consultation to help plan with Sharron was very useful to help me choose what I wanted, Steven in customer services was extremely helpful when I needed to switch the bath selection and helped me get the bath that was right for what I wanted and Nigel kept me well informed through the process on the financial side of the project. Bathroom refit for a disabled person, take bath out and fit shower enclosure and panels
From the off the company seemed reliable and very knowledgeable. They explained that it would be 1 month before they could fit the bathroom which was acceptable. We expected the company to keep in touch and let us know the progress of the project beforehand in case there were any delays. One month came and went - we obvs phoned twice at this point and told someone would call us back but nothing. Eventually they came (three months later and after much chasing!) the issues were there from the moment they came in, the survey hadn’t been completed ergo poor shower installation- I now have leaks!Verified reviewerJob location: EH4810 Bathroom Fitter

Excellent workmanship
Kirsty came to see us and was truly wonderful with her ideas for our ensuite which is a small space. Brian fitted our new bathroom suite and I have never met such a lovely man.
