My initial contact with Unique was with their area sales guy. He was very responsive and provided a full detailed quote quickly, which I accepted. From there it went down hill. I had to chase 3 times for an appointment. Finally I was told a booking had been set, without any consultation. I asked for another date which was agreed. The confirmation email I received had the original unacceptable date. I queried and was sent a correct email confirming the date.
