Property electrical report / inspection

Mains electric cable to outbuilding and additional circuits

Replaced two bathroom extractor fans and upgraded ducting.
This is the first time Simon has done any work for us after he responded to a request we posted on Rated People. Simon responded quickly, understood the job and provided a competitive quote. He completed the work exactly as requested on the agreed date without any fuss and left everything clean and tidy. We are delighted to have found Simon and we would definitely use him again.

Simon came out to do an EICR check on our flat which we needed prior to renting it out.
Simon arrived on time and was so polite and helpful. He did a full and thorough check of all our electrics which was a requirement prior to us letting the property out. He was very informative and answered some questions we had with regards to the EICR report. We would absolutely contact him again for future work in our new home, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
