Excellent service. Queries listened to and dealt with sympathetically.
Loft insulation removal. All successfully removed in hot temperatures. Excellent effort. I had queries about some of the minor felt repairs. These were all dealt with by further experts coming out to remediate without complaint. Genuine, hardworking and punctual.
Vac Xtract were professional in every way from the surveyor who came to look at the problem to the the 2 men who carried out the job. The surveyor who came was punctual, polite and explained everything very clearly and wasn't pushy at all. After agreeing to have the insulation removed I didn't have to wait too long before the job was done. The 2 men were very good and I was very pleased to see that everything was clean and tidy when they were ready to go. I couldn't fault any of the staff I saw and it was a good experience.
