Neil from valley view arrived to install a DPC to a Chimney Breast in through Living & Dining room. Upon starting the job he noticed some dry rot in the dining room chimney breast which required immediate treatment. Also after testing all walls a DPC was required in part of the Living Room and all of the Dining Room. As the house was up for sale it required sorting quickly. Neil and his team set to work for 8 Days in total renewing floor timbers / flooring / dry rot treatment and full Damp Proof Course. He rescheduled all his other work to ensure the property was completed and ready for viewings 2 weeks later. Remedial decoration was carried out by myself and my wife. House is now back on the market ready for viewings. Great quick job highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work done. What started as a small job quickly turned into a much bigger one, but he handled it brilliantly—bringing in extra help and getting everything sorted straight away. He kept me updated throughout with regular photos and progress, which was really reassuring. Reliable, efficient, and great communication. Highly recommend.

very descriptive survey and spent time with us explaining each aspect of the survey points raised. We know if we proceed with the work recommended Neil will be extremely flexible working other tradesmen. we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable advice so would highly recommend.

Neil was very responsive and the inspection went ahead as planned. He helped explain possible causes of damp and solutions. I'll be following up for remedial work with him in the future.
