  Eradicating mice

  Should anyone have an issue with mice in their home I would highly recommend this company. Curtis was so positive from the outset and really put us at ease regarding the mice problem we were encountering. Extremely professional, courteous and always prompt to respond to us. Curtis was very patient in answering our many questions, all in all a very optimistic and pleasant person to have dealings with. Highly recommended.

  Rat in loft / walls

  Evidence of rats in loft and noise in wall. Sad to read everyone here had success in catching rats - not the case for us. Curtis put a trap and 3 x poison pellets at entrance of loft hatch. Did say he didn’t have many traps! (didn’t use the black box as in photos on here, just for info). Checked for gaps and said would cover vent and around the drain but this didn’t happen. Attended 2nd visit to check on trap - no joy. Said would return 3rd time however was unwell; not heard back from him since. Will leave as unsuccessful for us - try ourself and maybe another company.

  Lots of untruths and unfair assessment of my work. Although it is true that I was unwell. I did inform my customers of this but admittedly I missed this particular customer when updating everyone one on my recovery. However the description of my work is not justifiable. I laid approximately 10 rats blocks inside loft where I could see rats were active and not 3 pellets as described by customer. I also took some of the blocks and placed under floorboards in bedroom. Customer also mentioned that I didn't use black boxes. It is not required to use rat boxes in loft areas unless you think otherwise after risk assessment. I had never not returned to any customer and had she had contacted me directly, I would have happily completed additional visits. I am simply not known for letting customers down and try my upmost to deliver a great service. Although I failed on this occasion with my communication, this was never intentional and I am disappointed that I wasn't just given a nudge.

  Wasp nest removal

  Lovely man , lovely smile and arrived on time and very efficient. Also took time to discuss the removal with my ( hard of hearing) elderly mum , which was appreciated. Definitely would use company in future .

  Termination of rats

  I had a extremely bad problem with rats in my front garden. I called Curtis and he came the following day and was really professional and took time to see where the problem was coming from. I can honestly say it’s been a month and I haven’t seen any rats I’m so pleased with the service I received and would 100% recommend him. He even came back to the property to make sure they where gone. He puts a lot of time into making sure the job gets done well and you don’t get that service from a lot of company’s. Thank you Curtis.

  Eradication of rats

  Curtis was my last minute saviour. Whilst I laid in hospital wondering what activity was taking place in my home by the rats. I was made to rest assure that he would be available to sort the problem for me. Prior to contacting Curtis another company that I booked could not come out until a week. But once Curtis attended and caught the rat ON THE SAME DAY!! Yes you guessed I cancel the other booking. For the first time in ages I slept so peacefully. Curtis is an expert and knows ratology and more. You will be in great hands with Curtis who offers follow-up visits after the initial one!

  Removal of Ants

  Awesome service. Curtis managed to come down same day, investigated the area and sprayed in and out of the house. Since coming I have had no further issues of Ants. Prompt, friendly and effective. Will be using again.
