Great workmanship and customer service.
From quote to completion, it has been a pleasure dealing with Vickery's. Both the quality of workmanship and customer service have been excellent. They have been quick to respond, very clear about pricing, and gave us very good advice on improving our water flow situation and on suitable adjustments to parts. Matt arrived at the appointed time, carried out the work as quickly and efficiently as possible, explained what he was doing, and, at the end, cleared and tidied the work area. End to end perfection.
Great from start to finish. The person coming round to quote for installing the water softener was really clear about the options, the work it entailed and how the whole process would work and cost. Plus i was offered 0% finance. The plumber did a fantastic job, really neat copper piping and I even now have better access to my stopcock. All in all, very professional. Would thoroughly recommend Vickery. It will take a week to get used to how my water tastes now.
