Guys we’re lovely however when floor was dry and we couldn’t inspect then check the work there were patches missed which don’t have a sheen on Communication with company to rectify this is appalling they only communicate by email and I should not expect a reply for 7-10 days which is not satisfactory when the rooms are pulled out and you should expect someone to get back in touch with a date they will return to repair the work. They were paid in full on the day so clearly they are not interested in after sales customer satisfaction. Job location: TS24Very pleased with the company. Sorted out an appointment quickly and gave lots of details on what they did etc. James who did the work messaged before arriving and was pleasant and worked hard to achieve a very clean oven. I will be using Vulcan again. I don't like cleaning ovens and they take the stress away.

The business was started in 2018 by husband and wife team Derek and Laura from their home just outside Hartlepool. With a single van and a steaming machine their aim was to grow the business by delivering great value for money and the absolute best service.

We are oven care specialists. When we clean ovens we don't just go at them with elbow grease and hope for the best. We carefully dismantle the unit, each part is deep cleaned in our van mounted dip tank before reassembling and finally polishing to shine.
