Excellent service
Excellent service all round. A different tengineer initially came to the property 8 days ago to check on a faulty dryer. He diagnosed it as a motor problem and said he would order replacement for parts. Waqas came 2 days later with said replacement parts but found that the issue had been misdiagnosed and he actually needed to order a new filter. An efficient, effective and friendly service.
My Ice and Water Dispenser stopped working on my Neff American Style Fridge Freezer on the record hottest day in June this year. I made many phone calls but could not find anybody who could attend to this work urgently. Then Waqas returned my call, listened to my story, checked my postcode, and got his colleague Usman, who covers the Kingston area, to contact me. Usman visited next morning, systematically investigated and solved the problem, was courteous and efficient throughout, and left the Fridge Freezer area in a tidy state.
