Very happy with the service from Walsh Solutions. The engineers were professional, punctual, and worked hard throughout the boiler installation. They encountered a few unexpected issues with the existing heating system, including wiring faults, but took the time to diagnose and fix them properly. Communication was excellent, and everything was explained clearly. The heating and hot water are now working perfectly. The team was friendly, tidy, and committed to getting the job done right. I would happily recommend Walsh Solutions to others.

Alan and Ricky were able to attend at short notice and were well-informed, informative and friendly. They carried out the work and made good with a minimum of mess or intrusion, stayed late to get everything done and cleared up thoroughly. The boiler installation appears to have been done very efficiently, they got over an early problem of an extended run for the flue and explained and helped with the control app. I would definitely use Walsh Solutions again, though I hope the new boiler will last well into the future. Very efficient all round and, based on other estimates, good value.

I was in the process of buying a house, which had numerous gas appliances on it, without a recent gas safety check carried out on them. I have decided to use Walsh Solutions Ltd to carry out a gas safety check and was surprised with the professionalism and excellent level of service provided to me by this company, not to mention reasonable prices! Forget about huge companies who are too big to really care about their customer satisfaction and providing decent service, you want these guys, they are the real deal who care about their business and satisfying their customers. Would use again!

Quick to message, quote and follow up with a call , good communication throughout from the office, Grace I believe, Dylan came to do the work, on time, again good comms on expected ETA, very professional and although there were complications (certainly not his fault, with the system I had bought) Dylan really seemed to want to sort the problem and absolutely did, coming back with a new system a few hours later, brilliant! Most would have headed off into the sunshine and an early finish! Good experience all round, very professional business

My old boiler gave up the ghost after 25 years and wanting another Worcester Bosch I was told Walsh Solutions Stevenage were the people to speak with . They were round to survey Monday quoted Tuesday and completed the instal today Dylan was a top adviser who filled me with confidence that Walsh were the people to go with Andre worked like a trojan to complete the instal no mess good price happy customer the office kept me updated all along really a top team.
