8.25Verified ReviewWaterworx fitted a smart thermostat for me. The engineer was very helpful despite the job proving more complicated than anticipated due to some quirks of my heating system. On the basis of the work done, I would recomend this company. The experiance was, however, soured by a subsequent dispute with the company itself over the invoice and whether the price quoted had been inclusive or exlusive of VAT. I would make sure to clarify this before using this company again.

I was told I needed a new boiler with another company, this company said I didn’t, and I didn’t it’s all done for £264 instead of the £2,250 from the other company.. I think the fitters name was Steve, a really nice bloke, very knowledgeable, I will be having my boiler serviced in the future yearly with this company and an6 other issues I may have in the future, they will be the people I ring.. Thank you so much..
