  Garden works, patio, fencing and gate

  Lovely patio area laid. New fence and a custom gate made. Garden looks great. Can’t fault works was worth every penny. Thank you watts builders

  Erect the garage and major kitchen refurbishment

  Bob did a decent job, was helpful and mostly on time. I though I finally found the great builder. Until it all went south...  He didn't finish kitchen job - I was chasing him and believe he was lying in the end.  He claimed to be seriously ill yet there were multiple reviews on his work during the “illness period”.  Now I have garage’s fibreglass roof leaking, supposedly under 10 years warranty.  Cannot get hold of Bob whatsoever...

  The Garage was built in 2017 and I received excellent feedback from the customer for the work I had done. June 2019 the customer contacted me to quote for kitchen refurbishment he excepted my quote and I completed the work leaving threshold to fit the one he had supplied was the wrong one he got another and fitted it himself. I then received an email from the customer (Hi Bob, Remember the garage that you built for me? It had that special roof with the warranty. It started leaking... Apparently heavy rains exposed the issue.) No mention of builders working on the neighbour’s property using the customer’s roof as a working plat-form. The cause of the water coming through the roof is not because of poor workmanship the roof has been damaged the Parapet wall has been damaged and is loose causing water to come in when it rains The customer has been shown this and demands I fix it and won’t except anything I have to say.

  Got Music studio and gym built in garage

  Bob and his son John have been brilliant. Bob did tonnes of research into building a drum room and final room was amazing. We choose to have vents but sound is still really well contained. Best thing about Bob is that he comes up with great suggestions. We didn't even think the gym room and drum room will look as good as they do in a garage conversion. I haven't uploaded pics as we still painting and tyding the garage. Bob did lots of research into what he can do given our tight budget. His son John is brilliant plasterer with lots of building knowledge too. Definitely recommend him very...

  Demolished conservatory and built extension

  Loft conversion (Phase 1)

  Bob kept us informed at all times throughout the building process. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Bob and John’s main goal was to insure that we were happy with the work carried out. Bob’s experience has been invaluable and we would highly recommend.

  Load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room removed, ceiling skimmed.
