Build new garden wall
Luke was excellent. Friendly and polite. Worked on his own to take down damaged garden wall and rebuild. More work than originally thought, but kept to price agreed. Worked on Bank Holiday......!! Kept site tidy at the end of each day. Kept me informed throughout. Came on time. Be prepared to wait as Luke is very busy, and allow for bad weather. Would highley recommend. Repointing 1930s semi detached property
Great service and workmanship provided, totally transformed my property. Any problem I had was sorted in a quick and Efficient manner.
Repointing retaining wall.
Luke and Josh did a fantastic job. The communication with us was brilliant throughout the project and put us at ease immediately. The quality of the work was excellent, despite some extreme weather conditions. On completion, everything was cleared and organised for us. Overall, very impressed and grateful for the excellent service provided. Would highly recommend.
Price agreed, date agreed then Luke wanted cash only payment with no proper invoice.
As above, price and date agreed to do a job. Day before Luke said he only would accept a cash payment and not bank transfer. I said I couldn’t as I’ve had bad experiences before he said it’s the only option or I’d have to pay another 20% on bank transfer. Just be aware and no proper invoice was offered. The online invoice he provided he changed it to include cash payment the original version didn’t have cash payment but bank transfer details. Very disappointing, but be warned. Cash payments are fine too, but you will always need a proper receipt to prove it.

All customers are provided a digital invoice.The invoice provided stated cash payment. We reminded the customer the day before. Job was cancelled by the customer. cash payments a receipt is provided when the job is completed. full transparency was given.
Repointing
Luke and Josh did an excellent job repointing the whole of my end terrace property, including a rebuild of part of the wall where bricks were falling away. In challenging conditions with difficult access, Luke organised everything and ensured everywhere was cleaned up at the end of the day. I didn't even realise they were there half of the time and could just leave them to it. My neighbours also decided to use them too! Thank you.
