    Good professional service for our bi fold door replacement

    We needed a bifold door replaced. Booking in for an assessment was quick and the quote that followed was prompt and fair. Chris the engineer who quoted came out to install the replacement. He was friendly, very professional and respectful. He took care not to leave a mess.

    Replaced window

    Contacted Window Fix Direct on Wednesday to help with a smashed window. They arrived within a couple of hours to quote and installed replacement by Friday morning. Great service, friendly staff and no upselling.

    Dismantle bay window and reassemble.

    Our bay window had dropped because of no gallows brackets fitted by whoever fitted it.The team who took it apart and rebuilt it did so with a great deal of skill very impressed and it looks new again ,i would use them again no bother.Thanks very much Window Fix .Direct.
