    Excellent service would highly recommend

    I had a blocked outside drain. Howard was friendly informative and helpful. He even advised some tips on how I could try and solve the issue myself next time. He got the blockage moving within 10 minutes.

    Professional, friendly and quick communicationion

    Howard was very quick to respond and the job was completed in less than 24 hours from first communication. Pricing was reasonable (in line with quotes from other companies).     A really honest engineer

    What an honest engineer. I contacted Howard about our blocked drain and asked for an idea of cost. Howard informed me that, in the area where we live most properties have shared drains which it transpired we do. That being the case he said, the blockage is the responsibility of United Utilities to clear free of charge. He even gave me the telephone number to call. UU attended today and the blockage was cleared at no charge. Thanks so much Howard, a less honest engineer could have attended and charge me.
