Friendly, efficient and knowledgable

Issue with sockets - fixed!
Superb. William messaged with a very reasonable all-in quote to diagnose and fix the issues with one of my circuits. It was nice to get a quote without the risk of it spiralling on a per hour basis. I struck a cable whilst drilling which shut off electricity to the house.
