  Boiler service

  As always, Jonathan arrived on time and set about the boiler service immediately. He was thorough and easy to chat to. I received the bill which I was able to pay straight away. I must add that I have always used Worthy heating for the last 37 YEARS……for installing new boilers and the follow up servicing. I have always been pleased with their professionalism and work ethics.Totally recommended!

  I didn't have any hot water and was experiencing issues with the pressure also.

  I received an inadequate and unprofessional service from Worthy Heating and Plumbing Services Ltd. The diagnosis was given as limescale when I thought it was the pump. The advice was incorrect and the problem not solved. With a different company the pump was replaced and my hot water and pressure issues immediately restored. I was disappointed with all aspects of the service received from Worthy Heating and Plumbing especially paying for a call out charge with no result. I would never recommend this company.

  I would like to add some background to this review. We were called out because she had low water pressure, we gave her our standard call out charge beforehand. We attended the same day she called. She had heavy scale all over her taps and shower and had no water softener fitted. It appeared that she had no maintenance done in a long time. Our engineer worked on her kitchen tap while in attendance and proceeded to give her recommendations of following steps to take. (Which were ignored by the customer). I would also like to point out that our company was recommended to this customer by her neighbour (not Checkatrade). We have been to this property before and not charged out of good will.

  Worthy Heating have serviced my boiler for several years and I've always been happy with them. They have recently replaced the boiler as it had developed a fault that was uneconomical to fix. They were very helpful in advising on options and did a survey beforehand. The work took 2 days, with Adrian here full time and Reuben most of day one. They were very clean and tidy and extremely considerate. I'm very pleased with the work done and new boiler. Thank you!

  Heating system power flush; radiator replaced; several taps changed; some other parts replaced

  Worthy Heating are professional and polite. No surprises and no jargon. They did an initial visit to provide an estimate and then invoiced accordingly for the work done. In our case, they did work on the boiler system as well as replacing some old, leaky basin taps that we had. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them for my annual boiler service moving forward.

  Replacement of failing boiler

  Extremely helpful, polite and great people to deal with all round. Every aspect of the job was explained and completed on time. All waste was meticulously cleared. A full walk through of the controls until I was happy. I use their services again only this week with a small emergency, and again a great experience all round. I have had the pleasure of dealing with 3 of the team now and can't recommend these guys enough.
