I have called on Chris since his father installed my boiler in 2010. I found Chris and Matt on the website. I saw that they Installed Unvented and Vented Cylinders. They installed a Telford stainless steel cylinder in my airing cupboard with Titanium Immersion Elements. They removed the plastic tank and pipework in loft. They also renewed all new copper pipework, they worked really hard. They completed the jobs required wonderfully. Their rates are really reasonable. They are 100% trustworthy, reliable, totally professional, also kept me updated with the material's being used. Also, explained in detail about the installation. Excellent service. They were extremely professional company, Chris provides exceptional service and is extremely patient and knowledgeable. They provided under floor heating in kitchen? Fitted new radiators in all rooms, fitted new boiler system and fitted bathrooms. The job was completed quickly and throughly and they have provided after care when needed. The company was founded by Walter Stephens. The then young soldier had just returned from the Second World War to his home in South London, determined to build his life again. He got on his bicycle with a bag of plumbing tools and took on jobs for locals. The affection and loyalty he inspired in the community during those early years fuelled the family business, which is now running into its third generation. Walter's founding principles of honesty and hard work provide the framework of everything for which the business stands.
