  Phil came on time and had a very pleasant and friendly manner. He identified the problem and proceeded to start the work straight away. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained what he was doing throughout the job. He completed the job in excellent time and left the area clean and tidy and even took the time to give the cement a professional tile like effect so as to give the impression nothing had been touched. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Phil and his workmanship to anyone.

• Fit new kitchen taps

  We thought this would be a relatively simple job but there were problems with the waste pipes under the sink and Phil had to go and buy new ones. He kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and did a brilliant job.

• Fit a new kitchen tap

  We called Phil for advice about a kitchen tap which had stopped shutting off properly. Phil discussed the options of repairing or replacing the tap and showed us a selection of replacement taps that would be suitable for our property. We decided to replace our old tatty tap. Phil soon had the new tap in place and gave us some maintenance suggestions to keep it in good order. Total cost very reasonable. Thank you Phil.

• Leaking gland on rising main stopcock.

  After reviewing the task it was agreed the obsolete stopcock had to be replaced which raised a real challenge matching the new metric part to the remaining imperial pipework. Phil did a really profession job and did not finish until he had checked (and fixed) all the nearby pipework that could have been affected.
