8.25Verified ReviewThe plumber himself carried out the work in an extremely competent and efficient manner, but we were unable to obtain a quotation in writing up front, then we were promised a discount, but nothing in writing. When all was finished we got an invoice, which included a £20 discount for being over 80 (I think). However, I think the hourly rate was extremely high ??

Your Plumber was founded in 2009 after a family found themselves to be struggling with reliable services during a renovation. From here, their aim was to create a well presented and well-organized plumbing and heating service that was reliable and customer focused. Due to their growing success over nearly ten years, the company has expanded across the country through their franchise model.
Based in Surrey, we are a branch of the successful Your Plumber franchise group. We are gas safe registered and undertake all work relating to plumbing and heating services. We combine a local presence with the knowledge of a network of experienced engineers and first class customer service.
Competitively placed within the market, we aim to provide customer service like no other, qualified engineers and a professional, friendly service to all customers at an affordable price. Providing a bespoke service, we are the ideal medium between a ‘man in the van’ and large corporate company. Being part of a franchise enables us to run as a small personal company with the backing and support of a knowledgeable enterprise when required.
