Engineer arrived with replacement sensor and guickly replaced old one restoring machine to full working order. No mess, just had to remove top cover of machine. I had given the full model number previously so everything was vey strainght forward. After repair the machine could be emptied and normal use resumed.

Engineer was very polite and explained what he was doing; excellent communication.

He researched the problem. Cleaned out the water and food debris. Serviced the machine and tested and refitted. He is totally honest and less honest would have had an Oporto maximize their profit and add in necessary parts it a new machine. Great guy, excellent workmanship and do polite. I could think of anyone better!

The electrician was a nice gentleman who carried out his job really well. He took time to figure out the problem and actually fixed it. Overall, I had a good experience with the company.

I messaged with details of our two issues via the Checkatrade app and Yusef was able to diagnose the issue. He sent me links to the parts to buy which seemed a bit unorthodox but I did it, as I thought that even if he doesn’t do the job, someone else will need the parts to do it. Once the parts had arrived he arranged to visit the next day. Our dishwasher door was broken and needed new hinges, and the heating element of our oven had broken. Both were fixed on the day and have worked fine since.
