Work so nice and clean, very friendly and excellent job.

4 man crew turned up got the job done then came back next day to complete the finishing touches as it was a long day start at 1030finished at 830

Enthusiastic to start but then problems started. Work was not completed in time agreed, despite allowing extra days. The workers were not trained and left unsupervised several times; issues cropped up every time. Flooring has been damaged by paint. Rubbish was left on site and not collected as promised. Final invoice was over-inflated and not as agreed. Owner not answering calls/messages to complete job.

Zak Builders came and did a great job repairing my floor after another company left it in a bit of a state following a small leak under the floors (see photos for a before and after). I'd be very happy to book them again for other jobs. It was straightforward to get a quote, and they came to do the work when promised, and the results were great.

Zak Builders were fantastic from start to finish. They were polite and professional and they were prompt in responding and getting the job done. The craftsmanship has been second to none and the work looks fantastic. Zak Builders gave me options of finish and let me decide what would best for my home. During the work I even added a few jobs on- this wasn't an issue. They even gave me advice on how to continue my project (I'm doing painting etc myself) so that I will get the best end result. I've popped in some before and afters which show how excellent their work is. Highly recommend.
