Water Softener service and installation
We have been ordering our block salt from Basingstoke Softeners for a while now and the service has been excellent. Today we had a new Water Softener installed by engineer Tim following a service of the present one and once again our experience including advice given was excellent. Excellent from start to finish.
From the first phone call to installation and after sales, the service has been excellent. Glenn give the quote and was very helpful. The customer team were on hand and answered all questions. Stephen installed the softner and completed the work and explained everything to me. Very happy with the final outcome. I would highly recommend. Great service from a local supplier
I have a filter water system and get regular cartridge replacements from Basingstoke Softeners. They are competitively priced and they remind me when the next one is due. Great family business
This company is a pleasure to deal with. All staff are competent, professional and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful. We had a 9-year review of our softener and the engineer was professional, friendly and dealt with an unexpected problem with calmness and efficiency.
