They are not pushy about suggesting expensive work, but talk through the options available, whilst staying within your budget. I had a serious damp problem that was no longer going to be solved by ventilation alone. The end result is immaculate walls and more insulation. They are incredibly knowledgable about anything damp related and nice guys to have around.

Lee was incredibly knowledgeable about what causes damp and the best way to deal with it without being pushy...this was a big costly job for me, one large full wall, floor to ceiling, but I felt the amount of work, materials and finished result made it worth it and will make a huge difference to my house.I was so glad I felt in safe hands and felt supported along the way. I have booked them again to do another wall as I feel it is money well spent. It is hard to find decent honest workmen these days.Corder remedial are just that

We specialise in all aspects of damp proofing from rising damp to penetrating damp and various tanking systems.
Our survey/estimates are free to local surrounding areas, although condensation surveys may be chargeable. Our guarantees are at a period of 10 and 20 years.
We also offer a timber treatment service including woodworm eradication and dry rot treatments.
Our other services include: Plastering, decorating, carpentry and all associated general building works.
We think it is important these days to offer the public and trade members a wide option of different skills that can be under taken by one company.
