I've been in the building trade for 30 years now, 10 years for an old local building firm, in 1992 was made redundant so started working for myself, although it seems longer as my previous job on my days off and weekends helping with my late fathers property services. I like to think that I treat every job as if I'm doing it on my own property. I enjoy what I do and it gives me great satisfaction when I've finished my work and my customers are pleased with the results. I do offer all my customers a great service of which I am very proud of, and I do think that I'm a very hard worker and that I do a great job. My work includes Patios, brickwork i.e.(walls, repointing, flintwork) fencing, decking, painting & decorating and any other property maintenance. Repointing to front of house.
Very honest and friendly to deal with. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the end result was even better than I expected. He matched the colour of the cement perfectly and did a very neat and tidy job. I felt the job was worth much more than he quoted. I would have no trouble in recommending him.

He did a good job on the work itself, and approached the project in a thoughtful way (before work began he recommended we forewarn neighbours about the dust that would be created at the start of the project). We would certainly hire him again.

Extended patio with crazy paving.
Once again, Kevin did a really excellent job for us, this time skillfully laying crazy paving so that it looked seamless with the existing crazy paving. We always greatly appreciate how Kevin always listens carefully to what we want done, often contributing really good ideas and then employs his considerable skills to deliver a fantastic result. Relaying of patio and paths around our house.
We were extremely happy with the job that Kevin did for us. We needed the relaying of the patio and side and front paths. He very obviously 'knew his stuff' and gave good advice on how to do the job properly especially when we came up against a couple of unexpected problems. We changed the scope of the job and added a couple of extra ones and he was happy to go with the flow. We were happy with the price and felt that he wasn't trying to rip us off. Would definitely recommend and we will use again if the need arises. The finished job was excellent.
