I called Alan after my house was broken into and I wanted additional locks fitted on the windows. He came round the next day and suggested a option based on providing the level of comfort I was looking for against the budget I had. He was very polite and friendly and even allowed my youngest to be his helper! I don't hesitate in recommending Alan

Advice provided when a lock jammed in the closed position
Mr Peters' help was sought when a mortise lock jammed in the closed position after the incorrect key had, mistakenly, been used in an attempt to open the door. Before calling, Mr Peters advised how the problem might be solved and, as this was successful, attendance by him on site was avoided.

Front door locks changed and chub lock fitted and front door planned
I found Surelock on this website, Alan was very kind and helpful and made me feel safe having him in my home as I'm a single woman. He did more than was asked and didn't charge any extra which was so kind of him! He cleaned up all the mess made and the standard of his work is 100%.........(He doesn't like sugar in his tea.......)
