  DVM Roofing inspected my spongy dormer roof and clearly explained the damage. They recommended EPDM rubber and were never pushy. They arrived on time and worked non-stop. After stripping the felt, they found more rot than expected; they shared video footage of the damage and fixed it all. Despite the extra work, they actually lowered the original quote as a goodwill gesture! The roof looks great, comes with a 30-year guarantee, and they left the site spotless. Hardworking team who take real pride in their craft. Truly honest service.

  Soil Sack Replacement

  Excellent job replacing our old, corroded cast iron soil stack with a modern uPVC system. The work was clean, efficient, and finished to a high standard. Highly recommend.
