  trades made arrived early for appointment so very punctual. replacement switch and tested. He was polite and efficient doing job in no time. wouuse again.

  I requested with pictures of the rubbish to be removed. N2S where the best price. We arranged a pick up date. The rubbish was in two piles seperated by the drive. The first lot was picked up and a photo sent to prove collection.I was away and when I returned only half had been picked up. They apolgised and said they would clear the rest. This was done but no proof photo was supplied. I therfore only paid half until proof was supplied. They insided on full payment. I refused. They got nastie. I stood by my desion. Eventually a photo of the second area had been cleared was supplied, I paid up.

  From the start I was able to negotiate a good price for the work. I was supplied with sturdy boxes. The day of the move the two guys detailed where on time friendly and helpful.

  Repair leak on loo out pipe to main drain

  Plumber arrived very quickly and was polite and did a very good job. The down side was the cost. They said the charge was £62.50 per half hour or part of. They then said that the minimum was an hour (£125). Efectivly this was a calk out charge! There was vat to pay on this too. Parts obviously whers extra too. Job toom 30 minutes.

  Liam, Was very helpful even offering to buy my new kitchen sink rather than myself buying. His quote minus the sink was unfortunatly for him second best out of 3 quotes I requested.

  I had good polite service but he let me down at the end when I paid the bill. I was given a business card. This mentioned discount on labour for over 60s. I am 64 I had mentioned I was 64 when requesting quote. If you are over 60 please do not get caught ask for discount at quote stage.

  I was visited and given a verbal quote for my work. I asked for it to be emailed to me as confirmation. After a week nothing. Contacted via email again no response. Very poor service.
