  EICR and remedial work to old property

  GU Solutions were professional and courteous from start to finish. The admin staff were really helpful and did their best to fit in the inspection and subsequent remedial work (including a much needed new fuse box) as quickly as possible. The electricians were also polite and very tidy in their work.

  Repair to brickwork and roof on corner of house

  Following the removal of our old conservatory some damaged brickwork was revealed on the back and corner of the house plus a piece of roof in need of repair. Rikki and his colleague made good the brickwork, removed some roof tiles adding under cloak and tidied up the edge of the roof to make it weatherproof. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the lads tidied up afterwards. Rikki is always polite, courteous and easy to contact. He responds to all queries quickly. We would highly recommend Elite Building Services.

  Removal of old conservatory

  The guys at Elite have been great. Excellent communication throughout and they arrived to do the conservatory removal just before they’d said. They worked cleanly and efficiently and were very polite. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Elite Building Services again and would highly recommend.

  Fix a broken toilet syphon

  From the start Brett delivered a great service. He was easy to contact by phone and asked straight away for photos of the toilet syphon. Once emailed through Brett was quick to arrange a date that suited us all coming on a Monday evening around 6 after completing a days plumbing work. Brett was polite and helpful and got on with the job. He found that our toilet which is in a flat had no overflow and offered to rectify this at only a small extra cost for the different part. The job took 2 hours but the cost was very reasonable. Would strongly recommend Brett.
