  New 70” TV mounted on a wall - friendly and professional service

  Alex arrived when he said he would, sorted through our mess of cables and unpacked the new television. He clearly knew what he was doing and an hour and a half later we had a brand new working tv, cables hidden by trunking and everything set up ready to use. I highly recommend Net Tek to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service.

  Felling and removing a pear tree from the back garden

  They arrived earlier than we expected, did a careful job of bring down the tree in sections and left everything looking tidy. They would have scored all 10s had they not forgotten the pet-friendly poison caps to kill off the stump and roots. Instead they put poison down and have covered the stump to keep our dogs from getting at it. They were competitively priced and did not offer a reduction for cash as one tree surgeon did.

  Steve made contact very promptly when I enquired on Checkatrade and his quote was marginally better value than the others. He kept me informed at every stage and sent me a photograph of the large wasp nest that he’d removed. All in all I’m delighted with his promptness and the quality of his work.

  Replace internal workings of two cisterns

  The plumber arrived on time, ascertained what the problem was in both cisterns. He managed to replace the workings of one relatively easily, but had a real battle with the other one! Given the length of time he spent “doing battle”, we felt the invoice was very reasonable.

  It took quite a time to complete this job because of the awkwardness of the waste pipes layout. James remained cheerful and determined to finish the work - even having to go to buy a spare part for our toilet part way through. He was with us for over an hour and a half and I fully expected the invoice to reflect this. It didn't! Excellent value for money, high standard of workmanship and I would recommend JB Heating unreservedly.
