  Following my utility room turning into MK's newest retention pond, the gents from J&R were there the same day to trace the leak and do am immediate fix. The guys were also able to come back within a couple of days to do some preventative works that were needed in the same location to stop the issue from reoccurring. They were polite, tidy and prompt.

  Redecorating office

  I was turning what had been a little girls room into an office and needed wall paper removed and the walls repainted to a more appropriate colour. All communication before, during and after the job was courteous and the work was completed in good time and to a good standard.

  Decking installation to back garden

  I needed some decking installed too facilitate my elderly parents' access to and from the house. Kirk can't around when he said he would to quote and, given the reason for the urgency, made extra effort to get it in before Christmas - finishing on Christmas Eve. Which I really appreciate. The quality of the workmanship is too quality, with the little extra handrail just elevating that overall product. The cost was competitive and the teams' attitude while here was really professional. I will be using Kirk to do more projects over time.

  Installation of new aerial

  I have just moved house and the TV wouldn't work when connected. Mark arrived when he said he would, investigated and found the problem and offered options about the available solutions along with their respective prices. I was happy with these and he did not engage in any pressure selling which I appreciated. The job was completed and we were back watching TV within a couple of hours of his arrival. I will not hesitate to contact him when I next need TV's installed.
