  Fridge/freezer not cooling

  Engineer came out and was very honest in telling us it would need a regards which would be expensive and not easy to do as a cheap appliance. We decided to buy a new one. He offered us advice and was happy for us to send pictures of possible appliances to him for advice.

  Communication was great. Was given a 3 hour slot which was kept. Engineer was very honest regarding price of re-gas and possible outcomes. Decided not to go ahead but get a new appliance instead. He even offered to give me advice on my chosen appliance before making a decision to buy. My dog loved him.

  New hit water cylinder required prior to a power flush of central heating system

  Very professional service from start to finish. Appointment made to look and quote, after accepting quote appointment made to do the work. Both appointments were kept and on time. Work completed satisfactorily by a knowledgeable and pleasant engineer. Completed in one day which was good as had thought they would need to come back the following morning. I also had 3 thermostats fitted on the bedroom radiators.

  Patio and paths jet washed and grass lawn removed and replaced with artificial grass

  Bradley responded quickly to my enquiry and quote received just as quick. Job started soon after. Men arrived promptly each morning and worked hard. Job completed very satisfactory in 3 days. Highly recommend.

  New aerial supplied and fitted in loft

  Bill came as arranged to see what my problem was. I needed a new aerial to replace old analogue as signal was very low. Job agreed and parts ordered. Bill returned 2 days later and completed the job. Very happy with his work and punctuality. Very polite and tidy. So pleased that I have asked him to come back and mount my tv on the lounge wall.

  Ceiling removed, replaced and plastered.

  Arrived on time and quickly covered/sealed room to contain dust then got straight to work and worked hard and fast. Old ceiling down and replaced ready for plastering on the first day. Second day ceiling plastered finishing at lunch time ahead of schedule. Lovely job. So pleased my new ceiling finish. Would happily recommend and would use again.
