  Relaying of concrete slab for garden building

  We had a structurally flawed concrete slab laid from another contractor which David and team took up and relaid to the right dimensions and fit for purpose. David's quote was more than fair and he was able to get started on the job quickly. He and his team communicated timelines clearly and stayed extra late to get the work done. We now have a solid, high quality concrete base to the right dimensions for the building that will go on top of it. Thanks to David and team for helping us make this happen within a tight deadline.   Demolition and laying of concrete slab for garden room

  We hired S.Y.S. Property Enhancement to demolish outbuildings, install pipework, and pour a concrete slab for a garden room. Although Rob was helpful and flexible with scheduling, issues arose. They accidentally demolished part of a boundary wall, despite agreeing to leave it intact. The concrete slab was incorrectly sized and not square, with one diagonal 30cm longer than the other. They attempted to fix it, but instead of using rebar as agreed, they used wood screws, with no proper base materials. Their defense was their experience, but we are left with a flawed slab and cannot recommend the

  Tom was quick to respond to our enquiry and was able to come round to view and quote. He was really friendly and transparent with the costs. On the day, he was on time, kept us updated on progress and what needed to be done. He cleared away all the rubbish and recommended what further work needed doing which he also quoted for.
