  We were very impressed with Vickery Water Softeners. Matt explained all the different options in detail and gave us lots of advice. We were given time to make our decision with no pressure. Dan installed the softener and Quooker tap and was very professional and again took the time to explain how everything worked. We were very well communicated with at all times. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vickery Water Softeners.

  Replacement Windows, Doors and Fascias (Disappointing Post Installation Service)

  Whilst happy with the windows installation, it took a long time to get the fascia work completed and there have been problems with the door since its installation. With the door proving very difficult to open, we were initially told that the locking mechanism was faulty so that was replaced. However, within weeks, the door was jamming again so further adjustment was made. Again, this has only lasted a short while and the door cannot on occasions be opened which is a huge inconvenience and represents a significant fire hazard. We seem unable to get Future to come back and rectify the issue.

  Ensuite bathroom replacement

  PQ Plumbers Ltd came in after the replacement of our ensuite bathroom by another bathroom fitter went disastrously wrong. Paul provided us with an initial quote and made us aware of likely costs if further issues were found so we were fully aware of the worst case scenario. Almost all of the possible issues (and a few more unforeseen ones) were present but we were kept fully informed at all stages of the work. Karl was on-site most days and did the majority of the work with Paul; other tradesmen were programmed in as required. The result is the 'dream' ensuite bathroom that we always wanted.

  Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by Pro Jet from the initial contact in January through to the completion of the work. Gary came to the house and clearly explained all of the options available and the best time of year to get the maximum benefit from their service. We received a quotation shortly afterwards and regular updates from Julie until the work was completed to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction at the agreed price. I have no hesitation in recommending Pro Jet to others.

  Matt stepped in when we had been let down by another plumber. Having reviewed the issues we were having, he offered the most appropriate solutions for each and sourced replacement fittings where required. We were kept fully appraised of costings and installation dates at all times. Matt completed the work to a high standard, in the agreed timeframe and within budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt to others.

  Extremely impressed with all aspects of the project from the initial quote through to completion. Kept informed at all times of work scheduling and progress. Work carried out to the highest standards with an eye for detail and finishing touches. Disruption kept to an absolute minimum with work areas hoovered and tidied at the end of each day.
