The speed with which Naz responded to my call and turned up to do the job was amazing. And then the job - fixing a leaking radiator and rerouting a condensate pipe - was done swiftly, with minimal fuss. Really fantastic, finally found headache and hassle free engineer! Easy to communicate with, very pleasant and efficient, helpful, works hard, gets on with it, focused, tidy. Not a vulture who will rip you off, reasonably priced, very approachable guy you can discuss and agree things. Very straightforward, no messing about, reliable and obviously knowledgeable.
