  Replace Toilet Flush Valve

  Chris replaced the fill valve in one of our toilets last year and we needed the flush valve replacing this year. Contacted Chris who responded very quickly (as previous time) and gave me a price and job was booked in. Chris did an excellent job, tidied up after himself and was very efficient. Budget Plumbing and Heating is now are go to plumber for any issues we have. Highly recommended.

  Toilet fill needed replacing and new toilet seat

  Posted a job on Checkatrade on Sunday 20 July 2025. Chris responded within 15 minutes. After a few messages and photos job was arranged and booked for the following day. Excellent communication; Chris arrived on time, was very efficient and tidy. Chris is a top fella, and will be our go to plumber and heating engineer from now on ! Highly, Highly recommend.

  Condensate Pipe from Boiler was leaking so needed replacing.

  Within an hour of posting the job Anthony (Owner of the Company) responded and we had a number of messages to confirm the job requirements, etc. Job was completed within 48 hours by Kian who was assisted by Ethan. Old condensate pipe was removed and a new pipe (larger pipe which meets current requirements) was installed and fully insulated. Kian and Ethan tidied up after themselves and did an outstanding job, absolutely superb. We are delighted. Will certainly have no hesitation in using Swansea Gas and Oil in the future or recommending them. Thank You Anthony, Kian and Ethan.

  Roof Repair - Leaking Roof

  Had roof repair undertaken earlier in January 2019 by Mark and his colleague. All good at the time, now jump forward to November 2019 and roof started leaking again in the same place. Initially contacted Mark and he assured me he would get back to me to sort the problem out. That was the last I heard from him. Have not had roof repaired again at significant cost. Very disappointed with the service of Tigerson and the way we have been treated. It’s such a shame as all of the reviews are so positive, but that’s the reason I wanted to share this. Are there others we wonder like us ??????

  New Shower Unit and lots of other work.

  Originally asked for a quote to replace shower unit and shower and ended up with lots more work being done because the quality of the workmanship was first class. Lance is fantastic at what he does. We had radiators moved / replaced, additional electrical sockets installed, new loft ladder / hatch, new bathroom flooring, bathroom cupboards, etc. Lance is now our go to builder for anything. Very competitive pricing and outstanding work. Lance is polite and is happy to give advice and guidance. Nothing is to much trouble. Highly Recommended !!

  Wallpapering and Painting - Entire Inside of House.

  After recently moving to Llanelli, we wanted to get a professional in to decorate our house all through. We had the three bedrooms and living room wallpapered and the hallway, kitchen and bathroom painted. We found Ricardo on Checkatrade and requested a quote (as we did from a couple of others as well). Ricardo’s price was very competitive and the previous reviews were very encouraging so we asked him to do the work. Ricardo is very polite and extremely hard working. He done a fantastic job and completed the house within 2 weeks. He is very punctual, you could set your clock by him !!!

  Two Ceilings replaced (reboarded and plastered).

  Jon and his team were fantastic! Work completed within two days (and a few extra small bits in the kitchen and bathroom). Now lets face it taking down ceilings is a very messy job; but the carpets and laminate flooring was fully protected. On completion the rooms were cleared, vacuumed and mopped (even the driveway was washed down). Jon takes a lot of pride in the work his team does. From the initial first visit and quote to communication leading up to the work, Customer Service was outstanding. If ever I need any plastering work done in the future I know who I will be contacting!

  Rob was such a nice guy, very genuine and honest. Worked really hard and non stop over two days finishing the work to a high standard. Rob went out of his way to also include a number of additional things I asked for whilst the original job was being done. Elliott helped Rob on the first day and was great. A fantastic duo who work so well together. I will be using Rob for any additional electrical work needed in the future. Highly Recommended.

  Missing Tiles Replaced on Roof.

  Paul was excellent. Came out and gave me a quote for the work needed. Ended up replacing a few more tiles that was agreed but stuck to original quotation. Fitted job in very quickly and was polite and professional. Will be using Paul again whenever needed. Highly recommended.
