  Beware of this company

  We contracted them to do a garden tidy and a jet wash. The fellas who came for garden were great. But the jet wash was a shambles, didn't clean properly and used such force in a single patch it blasted a 3" crater in my perfect year-old driveway. The guy admitted his mistake (on door cam) so I was understanding. When the boss showed up, I made no demands but was yelled at with very practised lines about how they didn't do it. They refused to arrange repair or payment for damage. Offered NO discount on the very high price paid for the bad service. Suggests to me they're not insured? Beware!

  It is clear that Tony cares about his work, makes sure everything is done right and wants the customer to have a great experience. Several times he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and would be happy with the final result. Great communication, precisely punctual, offered a no-nonsense fair price with a breakdown of material costs. I'd certainly recommend him and make use of his skills again when the need arises.

  Horrifying experience

  We used Checkatrade to obtain quotes for new kitchen doors. Over several days we received some high, some low, got measurements taken, and paid a deposit, very happy. A week later someone from Anglian Home Improvements finally calls and is absolutely furious we had already assessed the quotes and chosen a tradesperson. This guy bullied my wife to the point of being abusive and insisted many times over that we should get out deposit back and he was coming over to take measurements after she has said no thank you. This man shouldn't be in business, and certainly not repping a large company.

  Took time off and waited two hours for agreed appointment. Lied about "being on the way." Another hour wasted. Can't be trusted. Simply rescheduling beforehand would have been perfectly acceptable; but not this.
