  Excellent experience. Very well managed by Sean and excellent and attentive work by Lewis. Price quoted was acceptable and that is what was charged and having watched the work it was a reasonable price for the job.   Service was all round excellent. The initial call and subsequent handling was very good and we were kept advised by the engineer of where he was on his way to us and how long a slight delay would likely take. Emergency repair was handled perfectly and he sourced a replacement tank while he was with us. This was a Saturday and through that day and the next I was in constant contact with the company. We were perfectly looked after by Georgina and Kelly on the telephone. Martin the Engineer returned with the tank and worked until 7:00pm to complete the task. Martin was excellent and tidy.

  Top class job carried out quickly and efficiently by Errol. I registered the job evening of 18th. Errol called me back we made appointment for around 11.00 on 19th ( Saturday). Job done within 40 minutes. Very impressive and will definitely use them again. Did not expect a solution so quickly. Charge was very reasonable at £60. Extra charge for parts obviously but we didn’t need any just an angle adjustment to get back on the Satellite. Brave man, dish on the roof. I wouldn’t go up there. Thanks Errol.

  Workmanship was excellent and the helpful guidance on paint selection etc at the beginning was very much appreciated. Terry was a careful and tidy workman who kept his commitments and was a pleasure to have around for the duration of the job. We could not imagine finding someone better for the job and would be happy to give a recommendation to anyone thinking of using him for a job.
