  James arrived on time, and fully explained what he was going to be doing. Very professional and very thorough with the work he carried out. Very tidy, and a nice guy to have a chat with. Would highly recommend and we will be arranging for him to come back to refresh our stairs/landing carpet.

  Dishwasher not draining water.

  Doncho arrived about 45 mins after making contact. He quickly did a short cycle and the issue seemed to have cleared. He then did a longer cycle to ensure all aspects of the wash were ok, and of course to check the water was draining away. A very pleasant person, knew what he was doing, very courteous. Would recommend.

  Plastering stairwell, landing and 2nd bedroom. Decorating stairwell and landing

  Another great job by Mike and Mick, excellent plastering and finished the stairwell and landing with our choice of paint. Also laid new laminate floor in 2nd bedroom. Tidy, courteous, and friendly, always our first choice for plastering, building works, decorating. Highly recommended.

  Remove conifer hedge, grind out stumps, and prune a couple of bushes

  Phoned to advise they could arrive earlier than expected, and turned up about an hour later to start the work. A team of 3 initially started removing the hedge, then soon after John arrived to assist as well. Everything done in a very professional manner and with all the required tools/machinery, in a very safe way. Very friendly team, would definitely recommend, and in fact we have asked for a quote to erect a new fence from where the hedge has been removed.

  Plastering of main bedroom, lay new flooring

  Mike and Mick have done previous work for us, and yet again they deliver 1st class results. Friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, and excellent workmanship. Plastered the ceilings and walls, squared off an arch, and laid new laminate flooring. When putting the radiator back, the valves were leaking, no problem, and these were replaced. It's clear why they are top when you search for plasterer/builder. Would thoroughly recommend, no question. Already booked for next Jan, for next project.

  Shower repair.

  Craig initially came the week before to see what the problem was with our shower not providing water correctly. When he arrived to do the work he had a systematic approach to finding the problem, he is very keen to explain what he is doing and why, very friendly and polite. It took Craig all his expertise and patience to discover where the fault was, but eventually he found the problem. We now have a shower that works better than it did before the fault. Excellent service provided and would definitely recommend him for further plumbing works.
