  Tom is a patient legend

  This is the third project Tom has worked on for me, and I think maybe one of his least favourite EVER… but from his constantly sunny demeanour, you wouldn’t know it! This was a full bathroom refit, with all of those nicely laid plans flying out the window on day 1 when Tom discovered the building was structurally unsound & the ceiling was about to cave in. No sweat though - all sorted within a matter of days, then it was onwards and upwards for a magical transformation. I am SO pleased with the quality of work carried out; I wouldn’t trust anyone else with something of this magnitude.

  Kitchen refitting

  This is the second project I’ve used Tom’s services for, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. WHAT A PRO. Punctual, hardworking, trustworthy and unflappable. Tom even went the extra mile by taking charge of a few FB marketplace sales I’d made (of old kitchen items) during the remodel! He ripped out the old kitchen in what felt like minutes, and put the new one in, tackling a few bumps along the way as though they were nothing at all. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

  Whole house damp proofing

  Gavin carried out an initial damp survey on my property prior to me purchasing. Once I was in, I booked him to carry out the damp proofing which needed doing in three rooms and an entrance way, as well as two chimneys. Gavin was prompt, skilled, friendly, hard working and honest. I would highly recommend him!

  Boiler service & gas certificate

  Graham was beyond helpful during my boiler service and gas safety certification. He discovered that I’d been ripped off by the chap who installed my boiler, and thus carried out work to bring everything to standard. Sam and Graham were then kind enough to draw up a very clear and detailed invoice for me and help me to write a claim letter to the previous cowboy chap in an attempt to try and recoup some of my loss.

  Retiling a bathroom and building a new storage cupboard

  A wonderful, honest process from start to finish. I’d been saving up for this work for years, so really took my time over finding someone trustworthy and of good value. Tom and his team were definitely that. They carried out the work to an incredibly high standard, left everything really tidy and were a total pleasure to work with. There were no hidden surprises anywhere, they charged what they quoted and completed the work when they said they would. I’d highly recommend them!
