  Dean was a model professional throughout all the work he did. The floors he fitted look incredible. Throughout working with him, Dean was polite, friendly and helpful - always willing to go the extra step to make sure we were happy with his work and always ready to give advice and suggestions. Would absolutely hire him again in the future and highly recommend.

  Leak from flat above found and repaired.

  Tamer was great in a tricky job to find the source of a leak into my flat despite a leak detection company saying it was in the wrong place. Excellent and courteous when working but could have done better to tidy up the mess made in our flat. Also damaged a coffee table but that wasn't too much of a problem for us. Would have been a good experience, but unfortunately Tamer was impatient and started chasing payment within a day of sending the invoice, found this to be unprofessional and pushy. I paid within 2 working days of seeing the invoice.
