  EPC as previous one incorrect

  Following completion on the property, we were considering installing a heat pump. Speaking to a couple of providers, it quickly became clear that the previous EPC was incorrect. Chris gave great advice via WhatsApp and Anthony did a good job. Only one little niggle: the floor is assumed to be uninsulated yet there is no recommendation to add floor insulation. It would have been good to understand why that is the case.

  Kitchen wall damp survey and damp proofing

  The entire team at Prokil Kensington were fantastic, from the initial survey that clearly identified the issue to the work carried out. Impressed with Tino and Sam, both were excellent. The wall is immaculately even and will be a breeze to decorate. Also, somehow, despite all the dusty work required, they left the kitchen cleaner than before.
