  Very prompt initial communication. Clearly knew what was needed to repair the switch. Kept in contact and came when promised. Very pleasant and efficient engineers. Would certainly recommend them for any appliance repair.

  Patience rewarded - a job well done.

  The smart thermostat fitting replaced one which was soon to become obsolete. This was not an easy task as the previous installation had not been fitted correctly so it took quite a long time to establish how to correct this and make the new thermostat effective, fit for purpose and risk free to the user. The engineer took a lot of trouble to find out what needed to be corrected and then to fit the new system, which additionally can be used to control the hot water system, something which the old system could not do. He never showed any frustration at the obvious challenge he faced. Bravo!

  Correct overfilling cistern

  Their communication was excellent. They came as promised and quickly set to work to resolve the problem. They were very pleasant to have around and are clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing and other household jobs. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. This is high praise from me as I am hard to please! Thank you guys. Good job!
