  Excellent in every way, from the prompt response and follow-up communications, through to the thorough and professional carpet cleaning itself. Mark is very friendly and takes care to ensure you know what's going on throughout the process. The equipment is of an impressive standard, and the job itself (cleaning three aged carpets) was rigorously undertaken and unhurried. A highly competitive quotation, representing exceptionally good value for money. Would very highly recommend; Mark is VERY good at what he does.

  Excellent in all aspects. Initially responded (to fix a faulty cistern, over a bank-holiday weekend) within an hour, with very helpful follow-up communication. The two guys who came to fix the problem were lovely; prompt and well prepared, efficient and friendly. Job resolved with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.
